‘Los secretos de la pintura y de su mercado’ de Leonardo Echeoni es un libro sobre la pintura que afronta las dificultades de manera muy innovadora.
El autor fue coordinador de algunos cursos de dibujo en las escuelas primarias de Turín, y después de esta experiencia quiso acercar a los jóvenes al mundo del arte, dando sólo las indicaciones bases para que el estro de cada uno pueda actuar en plena libertad, sin fijar un estilo específico que reprime la originalidad de cada uno.
Este no es un verdadero curso, con indicaciones específicas sobre el uso de los instrumentos o de las técnicas: aquí hay más. Están ilustradas las bases conceptuales para empezar y realizar un trabajo de gráfica, desde la búsqueda del sujeto, la elección de la perspectiva, del signo y de las proporciones. Este trabajo quiere formar los jóvenes (o quien sea el lector) a la interpretación de la realidad que les rodea y a la transposición de la misma en la hoja. El texto está dirigido especialmente a los niños y por eso encotramos una sección dedicada a los enseñantes, donde se sugieren algunos métodos de preparación.
